Deep depths of color and movement capture the absolute beauty and powerful grounding essence of the Koolaus in this interpretation of them. Based off of a photo I took while driving through Kaneohe, I loved the way the clouds were sitting over the mountains, and I tried to capture it as best as I could with my paintbrush.
